Requirements

  • Experience selling into the healthcare industry including such areas as practice management, EMR, CPR, as well as other complementary product lines such as digital imaging. Pre-existing relationships with healthcare providers and organizations offer a competitive advantage but are not required.
  • Technical experience of consultative selling, installing, and supporting computer hardware, software, LANs and WANs is of great benefit. Technical experience preferred includes: MS SQL 2000, Server 2000, Citrix, LAN, and WAN installation and management.
  • In-house human resources to include sales, sales support, training, and technical support to effectively sell, install, train, and support all the clinical solutions offered.
  • A VAR must demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer service through managing, supporting, and maintaining an excellent level of customer care as well as customer/vendor relationships.
